For some time now, I had been looking at subaru imprezas, of which I love. However, each insurance quote I got from my parents was something like 3400 a year under my dad, and close to 8,000 a year under my own policy, with collision, so my parents wouldnt even consider it. The quote was for an 04, so if it is that insane I dont see how some kids own 03s, 04s, even a few 07s, as my parents arent poor by any means, and I know all the other kids do not have rich parents. I called up to the 3rd party company and they said that the insurance company charged my Improper Lane Change, as an Erratic Improper Lane Change, and as such it was classified as a traffic accident on my license and that's what made it go up. She said she would call me back, but she never did and I have been working so much, I haven't had a chance to call back. So here is what I need to know, and please no stupid insurance companies trying to solicit. 1. Who do I call in Ga. and have them dismiss those charges on my license and if they can't, how do I go about filing a lawsuit for illegal allegations after trial? 2. My dad has full coverage on his car, my brother's ex wife has her car insured with his address. She doesn't live there, but is using his address for her car insurance purposes. His premium keeps going up, although its two different premiums, does it affect him because she is also using the same address? My dad is 70, and this girl is 27. Thanks

My parents have Country auto insurance (I'm assuming Countrywide, they said the one on the commercials ) I'm 16 and I feel it's my choice whether I get my license like every other kid out there, but my parents won't let me because their rates will go up. In north carolina, people have to have a proof of insurance to get drivers license. so i got quotes from different insurance places, and i got like around $1000 for six months. my purpose is to get a driver's license and then cancel the insurance. i want to to get the license just to have one. my friend said that if i cancel the insurance within 3 days, i get all my money back and i am not responsible for the rest of contract.. is this true?

Heyy people Just so anoyed i spent about 800 on driving lessons and test etc.. Now iv passed well about 6 months ago! I would really love a car as i have to get 4 buses a day to college costing about 8pd! I received very good quote from eSurance on my 2 vehicles. My friends told me that sometimes insurance companies (especially those less expensive) can drop their clients after claim, which results in higher rate later on. Does anybody have any experiance with Esurance and their claim department. I can save a lot of money by switching to Esurance but if that's going to get me in trouble I'd rather stay with my currant provider and pay them more.
